Dymocks
Fifteen years working in the retail sector provided me with a solid foundation in developing user based solutions. My experience in the retail sector proved useful in re-imagining a website for Dymocks bookstore, as part of my User Experience Design Immersive course at General Assembly.
As part of a 2 week sprint in collaboration with two other UX designers we used of the double diamond methodology to make more relevant discoveries, define the problem more accurately, and to develop and deliver better solutions to solve the problem:
"How might we help users find, buy, and receive recommended books online with confidence?"
